PS3 Connection problem in Black Ops??? (10 POINTS)?

I play Black Ops and its been a few months now since i bought the ps3. There wasnt much problems, just a few freezes but i know thats a glitch in black ops for everyone. Recently, my online connection in black ops has been horrible. idk why, its very strange because im the only one always with a 1 or 2 bar(s) in any lobby. its been like this for about a week now, and its very frustrating. whenever i go to network settings and check my signal strength, its ALWAYS 80-100%. i didnt do any other game online, cuz i play mostly black ops. Anyone know whats going on and what i should do? Even when i sign in, the friend list is loading very slow... SO ANGRY AND SCARED!!!!
