I dreamed that my brother was dying?

im 13 and i have 5 older brothers(im the only girl) and when i was younger i remember a dream i had.It goes like this: i was fighting with 4 girls to get my brothers medication but they ended up being stronger and they ran away with it. So i went back to my brother,and he was suffocating,he was dying in front of me...it felt so real and i still cry because of it... please tell me what this means!!
