Creative fundraising ideas?

This summer some of my friends and I want to do fundraising for some ministry. We all hav a special thing with Africa so probably involving charity:water or some other ministry like that. One of my ideas was to dress as homeless people and go to a nearby marketplace thing except it's more like a shopping center that's really spread out. We would go and wear tshirts saying what we are doing and have 1 person looking in trash cans, one sleeping under a bench, etc. And ask for donations. If you have anymore things. For us to do with this idea or any other unusual ideas that will raise money please share! Thanks!
