Would you attend your friend's wedding if...?

I had to post again as people were calling me selfish because I am not going to attend my friend's wedding which is today! Maybe I didn't explain myself clearly: From the very start this friendship has been on and off because my friend used to invite me for events and I couldn't make them because I couldn't drive then one day she stopped taking my calls even after I called and apologized..Well anyway, when I heard she had a baby I made the effort to take gifts and see the baby then our friendship was mended.. Well, when she told me she was getting married, she asked me to be a bridesmaid and I agreed. I bought my dress etc. she asked me to cook something for her fundraising and I agreed then my husband told me he couldn't take me so I had to cancel because I didn't have transportation for me and my 10 month old, but I told her I would give her a check $100 to make it up to her. She seemed fine that I couldn't make it, but after weeks of not hearing from her, I decided to sent her a message on facebook asking her for details such as hairstyles and other stuff, then followed up with a phone call and left a message. Sheb was blutantly ignoring me because she was communicating on facebook. Then a week before her wedding she calls me. How would you feel if your friend took over a month to call you. I'm sorry, but part of her job as a bride is to keep the bridesmaids informed on what's going on.. Calling me a week before your wedding is an insult and shows you never really wanted me there just doing it out of obligation. I don't think I'm selfish. Everybody is telling me she was wrong for calling me a week before-I bought my own dress and will return it. I do wish her the best, but I won't be a last minute deal to no man. What would you have done?
