Where can i find work helping the homeless in london? paid job required?

Looking to relocate to london an get into the field of helping others, would prefer working with the homeless or fundraising, it would have to be paid work also, have tried out monster, gumtree with no success does anyone no anywhere where i could find such jobs thanks
