Whats a painless way to commit suicide?

I mean people hurt themselves cuttin themselves and drowning/suffocating yourself seems like youd be really panicy. Taking pills seems like first youd have a lot of bodily failures before you actually die. Whats a painless way to do it... Not old age or natural causes
