Solicitation laws? PLEASE HELP!?

so today some friends and I were going door to door raising money to go on a mission trip with our church. It was going well until a lady informed us that we werent suppose to be soliciting and then told us she was calling the "assocation". I was very polite even when she told her husband to come get the vehicle that we were driving ( I wasnt driving a vehicle). Our fundraising ended there and I told my brother and his friend to come pick us up downt the street but to be careful of the crazy lady. When they finally arrive to pick us up we see this same lady speeding to catch my brother in his car while shes taking pictures of them.(my brother and I are identical twins so thats how she knew). The chase ended when they reach a coldasac where she blocks them in and takes pictures of them. After searching far a wide we finally found the small print saying no solicitation. But what kind of loser would stalk a bunch of teenagers trying to fundraise. We werent the only kids fundraising either! So are you gonna chase the girl scouts selling cookies too!? Will this case hold up in court? What are the consequences for this kind of thing?
